The Celebrity Waiter Dinner and Auction that benefits the Franklin Opera House will be held Sept. 23 at 5:30 p.m. at the Mojalaka Country Club. Celebrity waiters include former Franklin mayor Ken Merrifield, Tilton police Chief Robert Cormier, city Councilor Tony Giunta, local business leaders and actors from Franklin Footlight Theatre.
