The New Hampshire Fallen Firefighters Memorial took place at the fire academy grounds on Smokey Bear Boulevard in Concord on Saturday. Two newly-added names were honored during the ceremony – Chief Chester Brickett of the Winnisquam Fire Department who died in the line of duty in 1954 and Lt. Steven Bomba of the Lincoln Fire Department who died in the line of duty in 2016.
