A triangular tract of land on Fisherville Road may soon host a drive-up pizza shop and a coffee kiosk.

Rik Yeames, who owns the Domino’s Pizza franchise in downtown Concord, is looking to bring development to 212 Fisherville Road, between the Manor Road and Fisherville Road intersection and the 30 Pines car wash, according to zoning board documents.

On Monday, Yeames said he envisions a drive-up version of Domino’s, where customers would order ahead of time and pick their pizza up from a window or get pies delivered. On the same plot of land would be a small drive-thru coffee kiosk. For that, Yeames said he’s hoping to partner with Aroma Joe’s, who currently has a location on the Heights, but that’s not set in stone, he said.

The land is currently owned by Merrimack County Savings Bank, who used to have a small storefront there until it was abandoned. The land currently is mostly scrub brush and a little bit of cleared space.

Before any of this can occur, Yeames is asking to install a 24-foot driveway to permit two-way traffic through a buffer zone that typically requires a 15-foot vegetable buffer, to have off-street parking in front of the building, and to only have six queuing spaces, all of which require variances.

The proposal is expected to go before Concord’s zoning board Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Yeames said he was attracted to the area because of its size. The acre of land is about twice as big as his current property on North Main Street, he said.

If everything goes as planned, Yeames said he plans to break ground in late spring and get his occupancy permit by the summer.
