A Weare man is facing sexual assault and indecent exposure charges after police say he repeatedly exposed himself to a child.
Ronald Meltzer, 36, turned himself in last week to Merrimack police on a warrant charging him with attempted felonious sexual assault, felonious sexual assault and indecent exposure.
Police began investigating Meltzer on March 15 after the child came forward. He is accused of exposing himself to the child on at least three separate occasions, police said.
Meltzer was released on personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned May 9 in Hillsborough County Superior Court in Nashua.
