A 48-year-old man was taken to Concord Hospital with non-life threatening injuries early Saturday morning after his tractor-trailer crashed off the shoulder of Interstate-93 south, police said.
State police in Concord were alerted to the crash about 1:20 a.m. A trooper found a Ross Express tractor-trailer had gone off the road and struck a light pole, an exit sign, and several trees.
The right lane was closed for several hours as crews cleaned the scene of debris and removed the truck.
The Concord Fire Department and crews from the Department of Transportation assisted state police.
