I was very disappointed with the Democratic presidential debates.
First, it was a circular firing squad. Second, they shot themselves in the foot. Third, Kamala Harris revealed that she can hold a grudge and has held one for over 20 years.
How can anyone get anything done without dialogue? No one came for a “food fight,” but she immediately started one. Previously she had been asked about a Biden-Harris ticket, to which she replied, “How about a Harris-Biden ticket?” Think she rejected that idea? She spent a great deal of time on something that happened 20-plus years ago.
Thanks to Newt’s 100, this is what we have been up against ever since. Sad day!
I grew up in the rural South and I’ve seen things that you would not believe (but they are in the past). I have relatives who are still fighting the war. Sad.
I think Joe Biden thought it was a debate on Trump among friendly debaters. How to win a battle is to divide and conquer the opposition. Sad!
