The June 6 police pursuit began in Loudon and continued on Route 106, also known as Sheep Davis Road, in Concord. Police said Carpenter-Noucas was observed behind the wheel of a Honda Accord reported stolen from Loudon.
Loudon police began pursuing the vehicle south on Route 106 after receiving reports that it was traveling erratically and at a high rate of speed. The chase was terminated when Carpenter-Noucas approached Concord and reached unsafe speeds, police said at the time.
The Honda ultimately crashed into two Unitil trucks, a dump truck and two other cars before hitting a guardrail and coming to rest not far from Walmart on Loudon Road.
An on-duty Concord officer in the area arrested Carpenter-Noucas a short distance from the crash scene.
There were no reported injuries as a result of the pursuit or related car crashes.
