My thanks to Paul Nichols for eloquently expressing my disgust with those Republicans who disrespect veterans in Sunday’s Forum column. It is appalling that those who never served in combat have the audacity to disparage veterans who have been awarded the Purple Heart or Silver or Bronze Stars. Have these poltroons no sense of honor?
