Highlights: The Hawks showed their talent and their depth, winning a 12-team skate race at Proctor Academy on Tuesday. The Hawks skied well in the 1.4K sprint and mixed relay, finishing with a combined score of 415.5 points, just half a point ahead of Concord (415). Watt had the individual victory on the sprint loop, leading the Tide to second place. Kennett (405.5), Hanover (368), Bow (367.5), Fall Mountain (360), Kearsarge (356.5), Manchester Memorial (340), Sunapee (291.5), Keene (285.5), White Mountains (255) and Gilford (143) were the other team scores. The team scores of the N.H. Coaches Series were also released earlier this week. Through race one of two, Holderness leads with a low score of 42 points. Kennett (78) is the top public school program with Kearsarge (81) and Hopkinton (82) close behind. Concord (106) is in fifth. Bow is 11th with 270 points.
