Thank you, Pat, for being honest and taking responsibility for your actions. And thank you, Matt, for bringing this important story to the Monitor.
The test of a person’s true character is what that person does when no one is looking. Pat, you showed your true character for being an honest person. In a day when we hear about so much dysfunction in our society, it is a breath of fresh air to hear this story.
It is people like Pat – hard-working, honest and diligent students – who make America great. And thank you, Kara and Michael Quist, for raising such a fine son.
