The sun was shining down on Hopkinton when the Tshilis family opened Dimitris Pizza in Contoocook.  Through the end of April, Yan was responsible for cooking and packaging more than 300 donated soups for members of our community.  While restaurant seating is closed, you can still order great Dimitri’s food for take out and can pick up either at the ice cream window or at the counter.  Dimitri’s is open 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.; to place an order call 746-4300.
