Concord police say a Cumberland Farms employee conspired with another man to rob the Fisherville Road convenience store on Aug. 25.

A 911 call about an armed robbery at the convenience store and gas station was received at about 10:43 p.m. It was reported that a masked man had entered the store and demanded cash from the clerk, and that the suspect claimed to have a firearm but did not display one, according to police.

During the course of the investigation, detectives concluded that the robbery was an inside job. Benjamin Berry and Christopher Frost were arrested three days later on felony warrants in connection with the incident.

Berry, 26, of Concord faces charges of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and filing a false report to law enforcement. Frost, 27, of Concord faces charges of armed robbery and falsifying physical evidence.

Both men voluntarily turned themselves in to police at the Concord Police Department on Aug. 28 and were released on personal recognizance pending arraignments at a later date in Merrimack County Superior Court.
