■GoodLife programs and activities are being offered via Zoom. Home Instead presents “Mental Health & Aging” on Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. You must register by Tuesday and GoodLife will email you the Zoom link a day or two before the class. Presented by Caitlin Cawley, she will discuss the prevalence of mental health and behavioral health issues among older adults and ways you can take care of your mental and behavioral health. She will also go over the Home Instead Ready to Care program that empowers individuals to be supportive of their peers and loved ones who may also be struggling with mental health issues. ■The menu is set for the March 7 Greek Dinner to Go from Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (68 North State St.) with pick up from 12-1 p.m. The Apokriatiko (carnival dinner) offering is Greek beef stew, Greek salad and a dinner roll.
