Mark Coen’s gracious letter of congratulations to Stacey Brown should be nothing out of the ordinary. Sadly, in today’s vitriolic political milieu, it is. Mark’s letter makes me grateful to live in a city where such kindness and civility are alive and well.

I voted for Stacey, who will serve us well, but I believe that had Mark won, the citizens of Concord would likewise be well served.
