■The Masons’ will host made to order breakfasts Sunday at 58 South Main Street. Enjoy the indoor yard sale while you are there.

■Meals to Go are distributed at the TRIP Center on Mondays as well as home delivery of Meals on Wheels. Call Nancy at 934-4151 for information.

■A free service to qualified people with hearing loss in need of captions in order to use the phone efficiently will be presented by Stephen Fusco on Nov. 16t at 11 p.m. Lunch will follow. Call 934-4144 with any questions.

■The Thanksgiving dinner is Nov. 18 at 10:30 a.m. Seats fill fast so please sign up as soon as possible by calling 934-4151. The TRIP Center will be closed on Nov. 25 and 26 in observance of Thanksgiving.

■Volunteers are wanted at the TRIP Center as activities/special events are increasing. Please call Nancy at 934-4151 to hear about the various tasks you can help with. The Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

■Save the date for the 9th Annual Festival of Trees the first and second weekends of December. Visit franklinoperahouse.org for details and enjoy this event that is free to enter and sheets of 25 raffle tickets are $5. Franklin Footlights Theatre will be presenting “Elf: The Musical” throughout the festival. Purchase tickets ahead on the website or call 934-1901.

■Medicare Open Enrollment Period runs from Oct. 15 to Dec. 7. Medicare Drug and Health plans can change premiums, deductibles and what they cover every year. ■The Franklin Rotary Club meets weekly on Wednesdays from noon to 1 p.m. at the Episcopal Mission on Central Street. No meeting will be held on Thanksgiving week.
