Highlights: The Bears lost the first set, but came back to defeat the Eagles on Gilford’s homecoming, 18-25, 25-22, 25-20, 25-21.

Coach’s quote: “This was a game played by two very good teams on Gilford Homecoming. It really was a battle all night, and after losing the first set, I was still pretty happy with how we were playing. I thought if we stuck to our game plan we would be OK. This was a total team win. We worked through a ton of adversity on the road and stuck together. I really could not be prouder of this team.
