Highlights: MV controlled the first half, drawing five corners, but could not find the back of the net. Thompson flicked the ball into the top corner past the ConVal goalie off a rebound with 6:25 left in the third quarter. Thompson struck again with a shot deflecting off the post with 30 seconds left off a cross from Brodeur. Parrotto scored minutes into the fourth quarter off another rebound in the circle.
