■The Concord Planning Board has set a public hearing for Dec. 21 at 7 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 37 Green St., Concord; to receive input on the Boys and Girls Club of Central NH’s proposal to construct a new community and day care center at 76 Community Dr. At its Nov. 16 meeting, the Planning Board decided that the application is complete; all related documents are available at www.concordnh.gov.
