A Concord man is facing charges of distributing child sex abuse images, following a multi-month investigation between city police and the N.H. Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Dylan Simms, 27, is facing three felony counts of distribution of child sex abuse images, city police said Monday.
A Concord woman, Meredith Simms, 36, is facing one felony count of tampering with witnesses and informants, and a misdemeanor count of hindering apprehension or prosecution, according to authorities.
Both were arrested after law enforcement officials executed a search warrant at a Bow Street home last week, police said.
Dylan Simms was held on preventative detention and was sent to the Merrimack County House of Corrections pending arraignment at Concord District Court Monday, according to law enforcement.
Meredith Simms was released on personal recognizance bail, police said.
Along with local police and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, plus the state Division for Children, Youth, and Families were also involved in the investigation, according to authorities.
