NO KINGS!
I participated in the No Kings Rally on Oct. 18. My wife and I enjoyed our time among so many people who are concerned with the power of the executive branch of government. I believe that the long slumbering middle class is beginning to awaken. I do hope that the millions of people nation-wide who participated in this event understand that the movement could be co-opted. I do not speak of the malicious opposition party, rather the inept and watered-down current minority party. I do not rally for a party; I rally for my beliefs. The minority party has long been ineffectual and compromised by corporations. The “royal” party (AKA authoritarian) is totally whack. I can only hope neither party succeeds in putting a kink in our demands for an inclusive, free society obeying the tenets of the constitution of the United States of America.
