Hypocrisy with a Capital H
I continue to shake my head. In my almost 26 year career in the USN/USNR we had a saying for an unbelievable event or statement. YGBSM.
Recently, our government indicted a former official for what I regard as carelessness in protecting classified information. Does this administration think we are stupid, and have no memory whatsoever? Does this Administration think we do not remember that “The Donald” took boxes of classified documents to his home in Florida? Does this administration not remember the blatant disregard of security in sending emails via a non-secure network regarding missions in the Middle East? Can the MAGA folks even comprehend this hypocrisy? Are our MAGA friends so blinded by bluster, ego and self-hype that they do not even notice the hypocrisy?
Friends, we must stop this nonsense, and indeed, it is total nonsense. I fail to understand how anyone can support this government. Thousands and thousands of citizens working without pay? Where is the concern for them?
