Meg Hagaman for County Attorney

Be firm. Be fair. Follow the facts. Those tenets have guided my entire career, which has been committed to serving in New Hampshire’s criminal justice system. I started my career in Merrimack County, and I have built upon that strong foundation with the support of great mentors and through impactful experiences, like being entrusted by the Attorney General to serve as the Chief of the Criminal Justice Bureau overseeing criminal prosecutions statewide.

I’ve managed and tried cases ranging from sexual assaults to drug trafficking and murder — including a double homicide — and have supervised a variety of teams at the highest level within our state’s criminal justice system, from a targeted task force to a division of more than 60 staff. I’m the only candidate seeking to serve as Merrimack County Attorney with that level of experience, all within the Granite State.

Why does that matter? Because the next Merrimack County Attorney needs to be not only a skilled and seasoned prosecutor, but also an experienced manager and proven leader. And you get to vote for that person in the Primary on Sept. 8.

Our criminal justice system is at a pivotal moment, and building a system you can trust requires a capable leader, administrator and litigator to step forward with a steady hand when holding the scales of justice.

I’m Meg Hagaman, and I hope to earn your support and vote as your next Merrimack County Attorney. Learn more at Meg-For-Merrimack.com and Facebook.com/Meg4Merrimack.
