A very fair fair
While campaigning for the United States Senate, I attended the Canterbury Fair last Saturday. Loads of healthy children, a garage sale under $10, a happy barbecue and local vendors who are artists. My Uber driver from Concord was a bit confused, as Canterbury’s “town centre” looks more like a clearing in the forest. Gorgeous.
Everyone received me cordially. It was a flabbergasting experience. If you didn’t go, go next year! Be flabbergasted.
