It goes both ways
The U.S. First Circuit of Appeals recently issued an opinion supporting the right of a couple from Bow to wear pink writs bands in public marked with “XX” to signify their opposition to allowing transgender athletes to participate in girl’s sports. The decision is important in upholding the ability of private individuals to peacefully express their beliefs regarding political and/or governmental decisions.
The decision is also important because it allows the community at large to recognize and identify those folks who are misguided or ill-informed about, or perhaps just not willing to accept our shared humanity, with its variety and challenges, that are all part of God’s creation in a complicated world.
Discrimination by any other name is still discrimination action.
