What would Republicans do?
What would Republicans do if a Democratic president did any of these things the Trump administration did? Republican heads would explode and Fox News would lose it all over the place if a Democratic president caused or did any of the following.
- Record high gas prices
- Record high diesel prices
- Promise to give every adult $5,000 (Socialism!)
- Start a war in the Mid-East (especially after saying no new wars)
- Increase the deficit more ($1.8 trillion and counting)
- Vault the debt over the $40 Trillion mark (one Big Beautiful Debt)
- Give Chinese dictator Xi a State banquet (Trump said never, hamburgers only)
- Give the Chinese F-35 plane parts and tech (Wow — why not just say “shoot me”)
- Let the Chinese fund Iran while we are in a war with Iran
- Let Putin fund Iran while we are in a war with Iran
- Kill Americans on the streets of our cities (Minneapolis, Biddeford, etc.)
- Kill Americans with measles by ignoring safe, proven vaccinations
- Spend taxpayer dollars running campaign ads for the President.
- Call AI a hoax (that stuff is dangerous, folks)
- Have a President making billions while the middle class can’t afford housing
- Muck up Reflecting Pool while handing no-bid contract to pal from Long Island
- Have son get wedding party from Russian oligarch (the Trumps can’t afford their own?)
The shouts from Fox and MAGA of “off with his head” if Biden or Obama did any one of these things would be deafening.
