We The People got our 250
This past Tuesday, Nov. 4, We The People showed how much we love our country. We showed up. We The people stormed our Capitol through civic engagement, exercising our right as Americans to tell our government they work for us and we have had enough.
We ran for office, campaigned with candidates, knocked doors, volunteered at our polling places, protested, talked to our family, friends, neighbors, strangers, fellow Americas or solely exercised our right to vote.
We finally got our 250 year celebration.
I am proud of each and everyone one of us because We The People made this happen. Thank you for all you’ve done from the bottom of my heart. Let’s celebrate and bask in this glory and then once again get to work building back what made our country great.
