■Dog licenses are available at the Allenstown Town Office. All licenses expire annually on April 30. Owners must present a valid rabies certificate and proof of spaying/neutering, if applicable, at the time of licensing. Unaltered dogs are $10 and altered dogs are $7.50. ■Love Your Neighbor food drive will be held starting Feb. 6 at the Suncook Senior Center. For each food item you bring, you will receive a raffle ticket. Raffle tickets can be used for our theme basket raffle which we have six beautiful baskets to choose from. Please donate non-perishable as well as pet food. Drawing will be held at the Valentine Party on Feb.13 at noon.

■Bone Builders is held on Monday and Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the Suncook Senior Center.

■Bingo is held on Monday and Thursday at 10:15 a.m. at the Suncook Senior Center.

■Tim Sheehan from the Pembroke Library will be at the Suncook Senior Center on Tuesday at 11 a.m. to help with tech support every month.

■Gentle Chair Yoga is held on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at the Suncook Senior Center. The cost is $5. per class.

■Pastel Art class is held on Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. at the Suncook Senior Center. Cost is $7.50 per class or $45. for a six week session.

■The library hosts Pre-School Story Hour every Tuesday at 10:45 a.m. There are songs, music, story and craft; it’s a great time for the little ones to interact.

■The Library Knitting Group meets every Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. Knit, crochet and join in great conversation.

■Toddler Time will be Thursday at the library at 10:45 a.m. with storytime and a time to play with toys.

■A public hearing on master plan chapter adoption will be held with the Chichester Planning Board from Thursday from 6:30 to 10 p.m. at the Chichester Fire Department, 22 Main St. See the town website, chichesternh.org, for details or pick up a copy of the list at the town offices during regular business hours.

■The school board will meet Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. (Room 223) followed by the deliberative session in the gym at 6:30 p.m.

■The 8th annual ECS Soup/Chili off will be Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. At the end of the evening, winners from each of three categories will be announced and will receive a coveted Souper Bowl trophy. First place will also receive a $50 Visa gift card. Ribbons will be awarded to two People’s Choice recipients from each category. Admission is $8 adults for 10 samples plus cornbread, $6  for children for five samples plus cornbread. Tickets will be sold at the door while supplies last.

■Youth Leaders with Pittsfield Listens invite you to join for an educational session prior to the school deliberative session to learn about the deliberative session process, review the budget articles, meet fellow community members, and have informal space to ask questions before joining the deliberative session. The event will take place on Wednesday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Pittsfield Elementary School Art Room. Young people and adults are welcome. No prior experience necessary. At 5:30 p.m. will be a free pizza dinner and informal connecting, with the educational session at 6 p.m. with youth leaders and Robert Schiferle, chairman of the budget committee. The school deliberative session in the PES Gym at 7 p.m. Pizza sponsored by Jack’s Pizza. Snow date is Thursday. ■The planning for the PHS All Class Reunion in July 2020 has begun. We are looking for one member from each class to act as the key contact person, to contact their own classmates and inform them about the reunion. ■The town has a winter parking ban on town roads effective Nov. 15 through April 15 of each year. This ban prohibits parking in or on the town’s roads or rights of way between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. The town has the right to ticket or tow violators. The purpose of this parking ban is to allow the winter or inclement weather maintenance crews unobstructed routes for snow removal and ice control, to maintain the maximum effectiveness of their efforts.”

■The Suncook Valley Sno-Riders’ annual Winter Raffle is underway. Prizes are $500, $300 and $200, and only 200 tickets will be sold. Ticket price is $20 and the drawing will be held on Friday. Contact any club member or stop in at St. George Auto Body or call 435-6737.
