What was the highlight of your season? It was the game against Sanborn. I had just pitched the seventh inning and we were down by 1. Our team rallied and got baserunners on and luckily got a run on a passed ball to tie the game. Conner Lorenz came up and with two outs, delivered a single to right field to score the winning run at a pivotal time in our season.

Who was the unsung hero of your team? Noah Bult. From last year, not pitching very much at all to this year, being our No. 2 guy. At the beginning of the year, he was pitching really well and the defense just wasn’t giving him the support he needed, and by the end, he was looking great and we knew we could depend on him to keep us in the game.

What was the biggest surprise of the season? Mac Kimball surprised us all behind the plate this year for most of the season, leading the team in average as the No. 9 batter. He would always find a way to get on base, and when we needed it most, he would deliver a clutch hit.

If you could improve high school baseball in New Hampshire, what would you do? I would offer state-funded skills clinics that are division-wide so that people can keep their skills up throughout the winter season.

Do you have any sports superstitions? If so, what are they? As a team, we had quite a lot of superstitions this year. During regular-season games, the whole team wore Hawaiians to school with the hope that this would give us the win … and it often came true! During playoffs, we always went with cut-off shorts and flip flops … Why? Because why not?

What’s your favorite pre-game meal? My favorite pre-game meal is a banana and a protein bar.

If someone was going to make a movie of your season, who would play your coach? Who would play you? Tom Hanks would play our coach and Jonah Hill would play me.

What was the last gift you gave someone? The last gift I gave someone was a Bow Baseball Farmers Market T-shirt to our coach for awards night.

What is the funniest thing that has happened to you recently? At my graduation party I was taking a picture with my mom by the cake and when she wasn’t looking I got her in the face!

Describe the color yellow to someone who is blind. I would describe it as warm/fuzzy like a tennis ball.

A penguin walks into your school wearing a sombrero. What does he say and why is he there? “I took a wrong turn coming back from vacation. Hola Falcons, where’s the pool? I heard you had one on the roof.”

If you could have dinner with any three people, who would it be? And what would you serve? Chris Sale, Randy Johnson and Adam Sandler. We’d eat whatever the lunch lady is serving.

If you got $1 million to start a company, what would you do? I would open an omelet franchise.

If you had to go on a talent show, what would you do? I would make the best origami boat to Taylor Swift Music.

What inspires you? My grandfather. He is an amazing teacher, always encouraging others, supportive and knows everything there is about baseball.
