The Alzheimer’s Association will offer a free program for caregivers on navigating conversations with a loved one with Alzheimer’s or another dementia. The program will be held Thursday at 6 p.m., at the Hooksett Public Library, 31 Mount St. Mary’s Way. It is open to family and friends caring for someone with Alzheimer’s. To register, call 800-272-3900.

ConcordRed Rivers host free screening

The documentary Babi Yar, screening at Red River Theatres in Concord at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, chronicles that remarkable concert and the motivations behind it. To reserve your free tickets, visit nhjewishfilmfestival.org. The Babi Yar screening is sponsored by the N.H. Jewish Film Festival, an annual statewide cultural event presented by the Jewish Federation of N.H. The NHJFF is funded through support of its attendees, the N.H. State Council on the Arts, the National Endowment for the Arts, Friends of the Festival, and by corporate, individual, and in-kind sponsors.
