For the past 20 years, Colin Van Ostern has been living and working in New Hampshire. He and his wife, Kristyn, are raising their two boys here in Concord. Van Ostern has spent much of his time working to make his state a better place to live by providing decent housing, affordable health care, and good education for our children.

He was raised by a single mother and had to struggle with student debt to make ends meet. He decided to fight for the middle class and was elected twice to the NH Executive Council where he fought to restore funding for Planned Parenthood health centers.

Van Ostern has shown real leadership right here in NH, and if elected to Congress, he will work to lower health and education costs. He has worked in the trenches and understands family values.

His opponent is a native of NH, but made the decision to leave New Hampshire for the “big city” and has been very successful. However, I prefer a candidate who knows our state from North to South and will fight for our people because they understand their struggles and needs.
