Bryanna Marceau will succeed Tim Sink as the president and CEO of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce this fall.
Marceau has been with the Chamber since 2016. She has spent about half of that time in her current position as the organization’s vice president of operations and programs.
“The Chamber is such a vital part of our community, so I’m very excited to help it continue to evolve and grow,” she said in an interview. “I’ve loved these last nine years, getting to work with and meet so many people that make our community so special and vibrant, and I am so excited about the opportunity to serve in a new capacity.”
Chambers of commerce represent local companies, organizations and business leaders and advocate for their interests. The Concord-area chamber has existed since 1919 and is the largest in the state with more than 800 members.
Sink, who has been at the helm for more than three decades, announced in February that he would retire this fall.
Marceau praised his ability to unite different voices in championing the city’s creative economy and revitalizing downtown.
“Tim was a driving factor in getting business leaders together and seeing that as a serious asset of the community and helping it to grow into what it is today,” Marceau said. “What I’ve learned from him is, at the Chamber, we’re representing our community, and so it’s very important that we are engaged and active and listening to the folks that make up our area, so that we can work together.”
Going forward, Marceau said, she’s looking to build on those strengths, especially as the greater Concord area navigates a changing national economic landscape. Many regional businesses have struggled to attract and hire enough staff amid shortages and continually elevated housing, childcare and healthcare costs.

“It’s essential that the Chamber stays agile and that we’re proactive, making sure that our business community has a strong, steady voice and opportunities to share what they’re going through,” she said. “I believe our organization has a very important role to play, to build, to bring business voices to the table as we work towards solutions.”
Her predecessor believes Marceau, a Bow resident, is a strong choice for the position given her connections in the Chamber’s business and volunteer network and her experience with the array of work the organization does.
“Bree has a pretty good vision of where the organization should be heading over the next several years,” he said. He highlighted Marceau’s strength as a skilled communicator and her plans to not only expand membership but to keep existing members engaged. “She wants to make sure that we tell the story of the Chamber more effectively.”
Sink will step down from his position at the end of September, and Marceau will begin at the start of October.
