Published: 6/27/2018 9:15:05 PM

What was the biggest challenge you or your team faced this season and how did you overcome it? One of the biggest challenges of our season was building a team with only two seniors. It is difficult coming together with a team of mostly underclassmen. Also, we lost our starting and backup goalie which was a huge setback to start the season off.

Who was the unsung hero of your team? The unsung hero of the team was most definitely not just one person. It was the group of guys using what we had. There is no one person that carried our team along, rather everyone figuring out how to work together.

If you could improve high school lacrosse in New Hampshire, what would you do? If I could make a few changes, they would be to make lacrosse a contact sport again. In recent years, the rules have changed making it easier to get penalized for minor contact. This change would make the sport more fun to watch and to play. It may be a little more dangerous though. Oh well.

Do you have any sports superstitions? If so, what are they? I do not have any superstitions although I never drink Gatorade before or during a game. Drinking Gatorade always makes it difficult to breathe for me even though there is no reason for it.

What are some of the unwritten rules of your sport? The biggest unwritten rule is never argue with the referee, because you can never win that argument.

If life were a video game, what would some of the cheat codes be? Invincibility, instant wealth and invisibility.

What is something that is really popular now, but in five years everyone will look back on and be embarrassed by? Everyone will be embarrassed by the posts they made on social media guaranteed.

Where do you get your news? I get a lot of my news from Instagram, as bad as it sounds.

What are the best and worst purchases you’ve ever made? My best purchase, by far, has to be my 1995 Ford Escort for $300. It smells kind of weird when I drive faster than 20 mph but hey, it drives.

What’s the most ridiculous fact you know? A bee can sting another bee.

What’s invisible but you wish people could see? I wish you could see the truth. You would never have to wonder about who you trust or waste your time with people who aren’t clear on their thoughts.

If you could go to school in a foreign country, which country would you pick and why? I’d pick a foreign country in Africa. I would find it amazing to see the land and all of the animals I have never seen before.

If animals could talk, which would be the rudest? The rudest animal would be a turtle. They have all of the traits of a rude old man – tired, angry and slow.

What questions would you like to ask a time traveler from 200 years in the future? Have computers taken over yet?

If you were hired to show tourists what life is really like where you live, what would you show them / have them do? I would probably show them all the lakes and mountains around. This makes up a good majority of what I like to do in New Hampshire.

What is the craziest thing one of your teachers has done? One of my teachers made me call and buy her concert tickets during class with her credit card. That doesn’t happen that often.

What’s the best thing about being a teen? What’s the worst? The best thing about being a teen is having parents who will support you and help you. This way you won’t have to do all of the work and they will teach you the lessons they learned growing up. The worst thing is having to juggle school, sports and work.
