D-I Girls’ Volleyball

No. 12 Concord 3, No. 5 Nashua South 2

Highlights: The Crimson Tide pulled off the biggest upset in the opening round of the Division I postseason tournament, winning a five-set match on the road against the Purple Panthers. Concord will play at No. 4 Bishop Guertin (15-4) in next Thursday’s quarterfinal.

Records: Concord 9-10; South 13-6

D-III Girls’ Volleyball

No. 2 Concord Christian 3,
No. 7 Farmington 0

Highlights: The Kingsmen defeated the Tigers in straight sets to reach the semifinals for the second consecutive year. CCA will play No. 3 Trinity (15-2) in next Thursday’s semifinal at Laconia High School.

Records: CCA 15-2; Farmington 11-7
