Elkins Public Library in Canterbury opened up the town parking lot Wednesday for a large display of municipal trucks for local children to see and learn about.

Truck Day activities included a swing hung from a crane from a tree service truck for children to play on. Other trucks and heavy equipment at the event included both local police and fire vehicles and a truck plow and grader. The library staff got 200 hotdogs and were wondering if they got enough.
