Free swim lessons are offered to all children who are residents of Concord and Penacook through the Concord Parks and Recreation Department on a first-come, first-served basis. Four two-week sessions are offered during the summer, and while the first session concluded this week, registration is still open for the final three. More information on swimming lessons, as well as hours of operations of the city’s seven public pools, is available at concordparksandrec.com
