Ben & Jerry’s of Meredith recently donated $575 to Interlakes Community Caregivers Inc. Ben & Jerry’s will also be sponsoring the Ice Cream Sundae Bar at the 8th Annual Community Caregivers MiniGolf Tournament on Sept. 8 at Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf.

The Merrimack County Savings Bank Foundation granted $4,000 to the YMCA of Greater Nashua to help fund Power Scholars Academy, the five-week learning loss prevention program for students in first through eighth grades. The YMCA of Greater Nashua is operating Power Scholars Academy, an evidence-based summer curriculum developed by the YMCA and Building Educated Leaders for Life for more than 300 low-income Nashua youth who are behind in literacy and math levels.

Citizens Bank and the New Hampshire Union Leader are now accepting applications for the first Champions in Action of 2019, this time in the youth leadership category. The Champions in Action program provides financial, volunteer and public relations support to local nonprofits. Nonprofit organizations or partnerships delivering Youth Leadership programming, defined as benefiting both the individual and the community by engaging youth in constructive action and preparing young people to successfully identify community needs, advocate, develop solutions, collaborate with others and influence outcomes, are invited to apply for the Champions award to be announced in January 2019. Applications can be completed online at and must be submitted by Aug. 17 at 5 p.m.

McLane Middleton, Professional Association received a Band 1 ranking in Chambers’ High Net Worth Guide – Private Wealth Law section. In addition, attorneys Alexandra Breed, Steven Burke, Christopher Paul, Robert Wells, and William Zorn received individual rankings.

Ted Lothstein and Richard Guerriero purchased 5 Green St., Concord, for their law firm, Lothstein Guerriero PLLC, which specializes in criminal defense. They were represented by Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate.
