Brian Warburton, formerly of the Allenstown Police Department, was sworn in as an officer with the Belmont police. He has been assigned to the patrol division.

Charlie St. Clair, executive director for Laconia Motorcycle Week, has been awarded the 2018 Silver Spoke Award for Government in recognition for the good work he has done to improve the image of motorcycling at the 33rd Annual NCOM Convention and Awards Banquet in Mobile, Ala.

Evan Stowell, a shareholder with Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, was installed as board president of the New Hampshire Society of CPAs. Stowell joined the NHSCPA in 2010 and has served in various roles throughout the organization including assisting on the young professionals and golf tournament committees.

Michael Martel joined Quantum Construction Consultants of Concord as vice president and senior project engineer. He has more than 25 years of experience in the structural engineering field.

Shawn Kelly joined Sanborn, Head & Associates as project director of its developer client service area. Kelley is a professional engineer with 20 years of geotechnical engineering experience on a wide range of development projects.
