Boys’ Lacrosse

Concord 10, Londonderry 7

Key players: Concord – Jaden Haas (2 goals, 3 assists), Brayden Beauregard (3 goals, assist), Eugene Conn (3 goals), Ben Ryder (2 goals), Liam Yeatman (assist), Harry Snow (goalie), Broc Pelchat (defense), Noah Wyatt (defense), Jax Diachenko (defense)

Highlights: Concord won its final regular season game on senior night against Londonderry to secure a playoff spot. Jaden Haas recorded his 100th career point and Snow had his 200th save. The Tide will be the No. 7 or No. 8 seed for the Division I playoffs, which begin next week.

Hopkinton 20, Pelham 5

Key players: Hopkinton – Merrick Chapin (2 goals, 7 assists), Jackson Westover (6 goals, 2 assists), Rowan Boyle (4 goals, 2 assists), Owen Buss (3 goals, 2 assists), Shane Smith (2 goals), Ozzie Rosenholm (20-for-27 faceoffs, 13 ground balls), Brayden Crawford (7 ground balls, 2 caused turnovers), Kaleb Huse (4 ground balls, 2 caused turnovers), Nolan Staples-Roy (3 ground balls, 2 caused turnovers), Tate Doolan (5 saves)

Highlights: The Pythons struck first, but the Hawks were dominant the rest of the game, making it 5-1 after the first quarter, 14-3 at halftime and 20-3 after the third. Hopkinton will be a top-4 seed for the Division III tournament starting next week.

Highlights: Londonderry went down a player before the second half after wracking up four yellow cards in the most aggressive and dirty game Concord has played in this season. Two Tide players were unable to play in the second half after taking big hits from the Lancers in the first.

Key players: Kearsarge – Liam Miller and Graham West, Billy Reid and Jakeb Lizotte, Rylan Fitzgerald and Max Reid

Highlights: The Cougars swept the Patriots in the quarterfinals to advance to Monday’s semifinal. Kearsarge will host No. 3 Moultonborough (9-2) in the final four.

No. 5 Bishop Brady 5, No. 4 Prospect Mountain 4

Key players: Bishop Brady – Teddy Yap (8-4 win at No. 1), Ben Matseas (8-6 win at No. 2), Alex Pelletier (8-6 win at No. 3), Ethan Henry (8-2 win at No. 5), Yap and Matseas (8-2 win at No. 1 doubles)

Highlights: The Giants upset the Timberwolves in the quarterfinals of the Division III tournament. Brady will travel to No. 1 St. Thomas (13-1) for Monday’s quarterfinal round.

Softball

Highlights: Moreira’s second hit of the game was the 100th of her career, helping spark the Tide to a come-from-behind win. Trailing 3-1, Concord plated four runs in the fourth to take the lead for good. Cassin slammed the door from there in the circle, earning the win in relief.

Coach’s quote: “It wasn’t the greatest start – we stranded eight runners in the first three innings – but we finished strong. Andie joined a pretty elite club with 100 hits. Hopefully we’re building some momentum for the playoffs.” — Concord assistant Sandy Smith

Bishop Brady 7, Conant 0

Key players: Bishop Brady – Payton Bryson (WP, 0 R, 15 K), Ava Archambault (2-for-4, HR), Kimble Rose (triple)

Highlights: Bryson pitched a complete-game shutout and Archambault had a two-run homer in the fifth inning to lead the Giants to the victory.
