Unidentified woman found dead on Interstate 89 had distinctive tattoo

The unidentified woman found dead on the shoulder of Interstate-89 in Hopkinton early Monday Morning died from blunt impact head injuries, Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Jennie V. Duval announced Tuesday after completing an autopsy.
Hoping to learn the woman’s identity, police released a photo of the tattoo on the small of the woman’s back showing birds flying from a feather.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation. Additional information will be released as it becomes available, police said.
New Hampshire State Police, acting on a tip at 12:15 a.m. Monday morning that a woman lay motionless on the shoulder of Interstate-89 North in Hopkinton, discovered that the woman was dead.
The woman, most likely between the ages of 18 and 30, was white with a fair complexion. She had strawberry blond-red hair, blue eyes, neon green fingernails and toenails, and was a shade over 5-feet tall and weighed about 111 pounds.
