Key players: Hopkinton – Owen Wuellenweber (goal), Nate Windhurst (assist), Colby Boissy (4 saves); Prospect Mtn. – Ben Gagnon (9 saves) 

Highlights:  The Hawks hammed the Timberwolves’ net, but the only attempt to find the back of the net was when Wuellenweber volleyed home a throw-in from Windhurst in the 20th minute.

The continual pressure on the Prospect goal really made it hard for them to mount much of an organized attack against us. Meanwhile, we peppered their goal with shots but (Gagnon) was up to the task, making numerous tough saves. Midfielder Fin Murphy had many quality runs with the ball tonight, creating scoring chances both for himself and others.
