Police find a woman’s body on I-89 in Hopkinton; Now, they need help.

New Hampshire State Police, acting on a tip at 12:15 a.m. Monday morning that a woman lay motionless on the shoulder of Interstate-89 North in Hopkinton, discovered that the woman was dead.
The police released little information Monday and need the public’s help to identify the woman and piece together what happened to her.
“The circumstances that led to this individual’s death are actively under investigation,” said a report issued Monday by the State Police. “Investigators are seeking additional information.”
The woman, most likely between the ages of 18 and 30, was white with a fair complexion. She had strawberry blond-red hair, blue eyes, neon green fingernails and toenails, and was a shade over 5-feet tall and weighed about 111 pounds. She had a tattoo on the small of her back of a bird feather with birds flying out of it.
