Letter: Practice what you preach

In the Feb. 19 Monitor, Jonathan P. Baird wrote a very interesting My Turn about the death of Leo Frank, a Jewish person who was hanged by a prejudiced lynch mob. The My Turn was well written, informative, and thought provoking. Many different races and nationalities can relate to what Leo Frank suffered.

As much as I enjoyed the My TUrn it was destroyed by Mr. Baird’s conclusions. To relate this in any way to the MAGA movement and the people therein shows a prejudice as deep as what Leo Frank suffered. I hope Mr. Baird will reconsider his obvious hatred for those who disagree with him.
