Melissa Voutour was named director of donor relations for the Concord Regional VNA. Most recently, Voutour was employed at Elms College in Chicopee, Mass., where she was director of annual giving and leadership gifts after serving as a major gifts officer.
Heather Capraro joined Franklin Savings Bank as AVP of retail sales and business development. She has 21 years of experience in banking and previously working for Granite Bank and Citizens Banks.

Joe Frappiea was promoted to director of 2-1-1NH call center operations with the Granite State United Way. Frappiea brings with him many years of experience in the utility industry as well as the nonprofit sector.
Filippa Viola was promoted to program manager of VITA and 2-1-1 contracts management for Granite State United Way. Viola will manage VITA site coordinators and volunteers as well as oversee the work related to contracts and revenue sources.
Vickie Phillips, an accountant, joined Rise Again Outreach as treasurer. Bruce Carri will step down from the position.
