With bone-chilling temperatures sweeping the region this week, a few braved the outdoors for fun – but many opted to stay indoors. The National Weather Service reported Thursday’s high temperatures were record breakers for the day in New England.
In New Hampshire, the high temperature on Thursday was 5 degrees. The previous record was 14 degrees in 1946.
