Martin “Tom” Manion has been named the president and CEO of New London Hospital. Tom succeeds Bruce King, who announced his intention to retire at the end of 2019, after 16 years leading New London Hospital and with over 32 years in the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health system. Manion joins New London Hospital from the University of Vermont Health Network – Porter Medical Center in Middlebury, Vt., where since 2017 he has served as vice president of Porter Medical Group.

Ashley Kinville, a supervising senior at Nathan Wechsler & Company, was named to the board of directors at Second Start and elected treasurer.

Stephen Gould of Bow has become a member of Cook, Little, Rosenblatt & Manson in the commercial and corporate practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Gould was most recently the SVP, general counsel at Brookstone Company, Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience advising and counseling businesses both in private practice and as general counsel.

Tim White and Seth Soos earned new titles at Sanborn, Head & Associates, Inc. White, a hydrogeologist, has been promoted to project director. Soos has assumed leadership of the energy group.

Ian Clarke of Aries Engineering in Concord recently passed the professional engineer exam and is now a licensed environmental engineer in New Hampshire. Clarke graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s in chemical engineering. He has been a project manager at Aries since 2016 with a focus on petroleum and hazardous waste site investigation and remediation, regulatory compliance and geographic information system mapping and database management.

Hannah Berwick joined Nathan Wechsler & Company as a senior. In 2014, Berwick graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth, earning a bachelor’s in accounting. In 2019, she enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University, where she is currently pursuing a master’s in accounting with a concentration in taxation.
