Coach’s quote: “We were able to get off to a fast start tonight, leading 26-3 after the first quarter. That first quarter defense is really what got our offense going. When we defend like that we can really get out and run the court which leads us to some easy baskets. Our defense was great all night which is something the kids have really been working on everyday in practice and tonight it really payed off. Getting their first varsity minutes tonight and playing well on the defensive side of the ball was Brianna Harlow and Madison Knopka. Very good team win.” – Winnisquam’s Mark Dawalga
