■Concord Hospital is offering a Family and Friends CPR class on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. This program will teach you how to give CPR to an adult, child or infant and is designed for those who do not need a course completion card. ■The Pope Memorial SPCA of Concord-Merrimack County is open during COVID-19 to anyone that needs assistance with pet food. ■Since 1896, the Walker Lecture Series has brought stimulating speakers and performers to Concord. ■Since mid-October 2021, Russian military forces have been gathering on or near the Ukrainian border. Dr. Anna Borshchevskaya of the Washington Institute for Near East Policy joins the World Affairs Council of New Hampshire to discuss developments in Ukraine from the context of Vladimir Putin’s global foreign policy strategy.
