I read the article about the additional parties that have joined the lawsuit in regard to the pink arm band protests in Bow.

Given the current political climate in our country, it is very possible that they will prevail. However, I don’t think that makes them correct.

Trans youth make up about 1% of the population but a much higher percent of the bullied, harassed and ridiculed. The Bow School District was simply trying to preserve their district as a place that was safe for everyone. There were many other places these people cold have protested or picketed.

The additions to the suit said that there was no proof the protests caused psychological harm. What did they want for proof — a suicide? There is plenty of that among trans youth. As I stated, the suit may prevail but regardless, at its core, it will simply be a case of adults trying to bully and intimidate kids. What a noble goal.
