Fix the Count
Monday’s Monitor brought distressing news that New Hampshire’s loon count is far below what was expected. A robust loon population is vital to our economy and our reputation as a tourist destination. Wouldn’t the most logical response be to fire the Outreach Biologist who is responsible for the count? Using the current administration’s logic, shouldn’t doing so result in a higher count next time around? Just curious.
