Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, on April 6, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Anna Beauregard. The youngest of seven children, Pearl was cherished by her family from an early age.

She had a lifelong love of animals and especially enjoyed riding her horses through Lowell Heritage State Park. Pearl was outgoing and active during her years at Lowell High School, where she graduated in 1945. A talented drum majorette, she performed at football games and city parades.

Following graduation, Pearl worked as a telephone operator with New England Telephone & Telegraph. She later pursued secretarial training, where she excelled in typing and shorthand.

After marrying in 1952, Pearl moved to Penacook, New Hampshire, where she continued her love of animals while helping on a neighbor’s farm. She later relocated to Concord, where she raised her family and ultimately made her home on Pillsbury Street for more than 60 years.

A devoted member of Sacred Heart Church, Pearl often attended French Mass and was a long-standing member of the Women’s Club. She served as president for many years, organizing annual rummage sales and church dinners. She was also a member of the Bishop Brady PTA and enjoyed organizing and attending its dances.
